WC3L XIV Playday 4
Week four of the WC3L regular season jump starts today with fnatic taking on German newcomer RAPTOR while the resident Russians Gravitas will be duking it out with last seasons star new-comers Alternate.
Fnatic are currently sitting comfortably at number four on the big board though maintaining that position is sure to be difficult. When up against second tier teams fnatic are almost always superior, though when crossing paths with one of the higher ranked teams the result usually falls two to three in the oppositions favour. Between Shy, FoCuS and Space fnatic have a winning combination though should one falter it’s liable to be chalked up as a win for the opposite team.
RAPTOR managed to do quite well for themselves in their premier match of the season but their two subsequent matches, mTw and World Elite, brought the team back to reality in a flash. Against the amateur element RAPTOR definitely stands out as a team with genuine potential but when pitted against the crème de la crème of the international Warcraft scene this teams abilities are stretched to their limits.
Regardless, today’s match is sure to be an exciting one.
